414 stainless steel pipe is a martensitic stainless steel pipe. 414 stainless steel pipe belongs to the American 400 series martensitic stainless steel. Its chemical composition includes carbon (C) ≤ 0.15%, manganese (Mn) ≤ 1.00%, silicon (Si) ≤ 1.00%, chromium (Cr) 11.5~13.0%, nickel (Ni) 1.25~2.50%, phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.04%, sulfur (S) ≤ 0.03%
It has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for a variety of corrosive environments. Higher strength and hardness can be obtained through heat treatment, which is suitable for applications requiring high strength. It is easy to process and shape, suitable for various processing technologies.
