C276 stainless steel plate (also known as Hastelloy C-276) is a high-performance corrosion-resistant alloy steel plate, mainly composed of elements such as nickel, molybdenum, chromium and iron. Its composition includes nickel (57-59%), molybdenum (15-17%), chromium (14.5-16.5%) and iron (4-7%), and also contains a small amount of cobalt, copper, niobium, aluminum and other elements.
Excellent corrosion resistance: C276 stainless steel plate can effectively resist the erosion of highly corrosive media such as acid, alkaline and chloride, especially wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride salt solutions, sulfuric acid and oxidizing salts.
High temperature strength: In high temperature environment, C276 stainless steel plate maintains stable mechanical properties and can withstand high temperature and high pressure working conditions. Its melting point and high temperature performance are excellent, and it can maintain excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures.
Processability: It has good processability and hot working properties, and is suitable for processing parts of various complex shapes, including forming, welding, cutting and other operations.
Mechanical properties: At 20°C, its tensile strength is not less than 690MPa, its yield strength is not less than 310MPa, its elongation is not less than 35%, and its hardness does not exceed 115HB.
